Ribbers are coming from as far south as Florida and as far east as Virginia to present their ribs to the toughest judges around – you! Johnson’s Hickory Smoked BBQ will be joining us all the way from Norfolk, Virginia! Frequently awarded the pretigous titles of “Best Sauce in the World” and “Best Pork in the World” among countless fan favorite awards, Johnson’s will be brining a unique an award winning flavor to Minot’s Ribfest!
Just North of Memphis BBQ team will also be bringing their Quality and Award-Winning style of BBQ to the Fairgrounds. Family owned and operated since 1999, the “First Family of BBQ” from Just North of Memphis prides itself on delivering what “BBQ is meant to be.”
Porky-N-Beans is an Award Winning Bar-B-Que company from Port St. Lucie Florida! They have won numerous rib cook off titles such as the prestigious Golden Rib Award and Best Ribs in America. They look forward to some great music, some great times, and Amazing BBQ with “The Bean Team” at Minot’s Ribfest!
