singer/songwriters alive in ACM Presents: Lionel Richie and Friends – In Concert, a special tribute featuring performances by 2012 North Dakota State Fair Performers Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton, as well as many other country stars including Jason Aldean, The Band Perry and Kenny Chesney plus a special appearance by Nicole Richie. Ticket proceeds from the live event were donating to the charity ACM Lifting Lives.
The ACM Presents: Lionel Richie and Friends – In Concert special features country music collaborations with the legendary Lionel Richie highlighting duets and solo performances with some of today’s most incredible country artists. This event is created to raise money for ACM Lifting Lives, which is a charitable arm of the Academy of Country Music dedicated to improving lives through the power of music. With the help of country music artists, the music industry and other caring supporters, the Academy is able to give back by funding a variety of amazing organizations that are music-focused.
