White Whole Wheat Flour Contest

New contest at the Fair this Year!

This year will be the inaugural year of the ND State Mill and Elevator White Whole Wheat Flour Baking Contest. The company is proud of bakers that use their new flour and want to celebrate by having a baking contest at the North Dakota State Fair! The contest will take place the first day of the fair, July 20 at Noon. Entrants will be judged on flavor, texture, appearance and creativity in two categories- yeast and cakes/cookies. All participants will receive a 5 pound bag of flour just for entering!

This contest is a great and fun way to get involved in the fair! Entrants can be  amateur bakers or those who know their way around the kitchen. All recipes need to contain 100% whole wheat white flour, but other than that, the sky is the limit!
