We’re hiring an Assistant Marketing Director!

The North Dakota State Fair is hiring a full time Assistant Marketing Director with benefits. The State Fair is North Dakota’s largest annual event. We work hard to ensure that we put an awesome nine-day event on for the 300,000+ Fairgoers that come to eat, ride carnival rides, see amazing concerts and have fun!

The Assistant Marketing Director will be  responsible for organizing and coordinating events at the State Fair. Position will include: marketing the facility to potential users, cold calling sponsors, increasing sponsorship revenue, creating marketing/advertising materials and performing general office duties.

An ideal applicant will be detail orientated, have the ability to work on multiple projects, posses strong organizational skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Marketing or related degree is preferred.
