The two candidates for the 2010 North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner race will debate a series of topics while fielding questions at this year’s Fair. Representative Merle Boucher, the democratic Minority Leader in the ND House of Representatives, will be running against current Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring this fall. The debate will take place during Ag days at the Fair on the afternoon of KMOT Pride of Dakota Day, Monday, July 26, on the Jukebox Junkie Stage (Stage 2, located in the heart of the SRT State Fair Park). Shawn Sipma, reporter for KXMC, will serve as the moderator for this discussion and will be formulating questions for the two opponents.
