Nodak Speedway races – June 3, 10, 24

Minot’s Ribfest – June 15-17

The best ribbers in the region put their talents to the taste test at this year’s Minot’s Ribfest.  Sample some tangy barbecued ribs and spend the rest of the day enjoying all of the fun activities!  Concerts, bounce houses, mini golf, The Escape Room, a Cornhole tournament, a classic car show on Friday, a kite building class on Saturday, and so much more, all for just $5!  Come hear Soul Shine and The Front Fenders beginning at 5:30pm on Friday night, then come back Saturday at 5:30pm to hear All Aces and a Doobie Brothers & Santana tribute band!  Sunday evening wraps things up with the World of Outlaws Magic City Showdown race.  Food, music, and fun, all at Minot’s Ribfest.  11am – 9pm June 15 – 17.  Visit www.minotribfest.com for more information or to register for the Cornhole tournament or the kite building class.

4-H Achievement Days – June 18-21

Ward County 4-H youth will showcase their talents and skills they have been perfecting during the past 4-H year. Held at the North Dakota State Fairgrounds, Ward County 4-H Achievement Days will display projects ranging from static (non-living) displays, demonstrations, livestock, pets, small animals, and horse shows.

North Dakota Junior Beef Expo – June 22-23

The NDJBE, the state’s multi-breed junior beef field day, is scheduled for June 22-23 at the North Dakota State Fairgrounds in Minot, N.D.  The show, which is organized by the North Dakota Stockmen’s Association, is open to youth ages 21 years old and younger who are members of 4-H, FFA or a junior breed association.
