Enjoying all of North Dakota State Fair’s Great. Big. Fun is sure to work up an appetite! Fortunately, as any seasoned Fairgoer could tell you, there is no shortage of 
delicious food on the midway and 2013 is no different. With over 40 food vendors and over a hundred different food items, there is sure to be something that appeals to every pallet. This year, a new food booth, Gourmet Fries, has also been added to the mix. Make sure to stop by this booth to gain your fry fix – featuring everything from Chili Cheese Fries to Pulled pork fries.
Back for the second year, the American Bank Center Food Frenzy contest will feature Fair culinary concoctions that will be available for purchase all nine days of the Fair. Vendors taking part in the Food Frenzy will be judged by a panel of local celebrities. Their foods will be rated based on the foods appearance, originality, taste and creativity. The winners will receive giant ribbons and bragging rights for the year. Adventurous eaters can look forward to foods such as Chick Chips, Pig Tails ad Bacon Cinnamon Rolls.
New in 2013, the State Fair website features a Food Finder, where Fair patrons can locate their favorite or must try fair foods. Either search your fave food in the finder or scroll through the different booths to find what delicious treats can be found at the Fair.
