This year’s North Dakota State Fair will feature something fresh, exceptional, and engaging; a Fruit and Vegetable Carving Demonstration done by Sirichat Smith. Smith will bring her own tools to demonstrate to Fairgoers, young and old alike, the art of Fruit and Vegetable Carving while making a masterpiece out of produce. Once Smith completes her demonstration viewers will have the opportunity to work with her tools and try their hand at carving their own work of art.
You won’t want to miss this spectacular event on Saturday, July 21 at 1pm in the 4-H Hall.
