Lace up your running shoes because the Run The Route 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run will be taking place July 21 at 9am! Usher in the North Dakota State Fair Parade as you compete in this fun race. Compete by yourself or grab some friends or coworkers for a fun morning workout. Either way, you are sure to enjoy this fun and unique running experience.
Registration is available now at Mile One Running Shop or online at http://ndstatefair.com/data/upfiles/concerts/RuntheRoute12.pdf. The cost is $12 if you register prior July 6 and $15 following. Children under 12 race for free, so make it a family race!
The first 400 runners to preregister will receive a t-shirt donated by Minot Daily News and all participants will receive free gate admission. First, Second and Third Place ribbons will be awarded in all divisions and the men’s and women 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners overall will win a ticket to the Zac Brown Band concert that night!
Whether you come in first or three hundrefth everyone is sure to enjoy a great race!
