Tunes for 2012

15 September 2011 by , 49 Comments

As the North Dakota State Fair staff continues to recover from the flood, we are also beginning to plan a rockin’ good time for the 2012 State Fair. From mouth-watering corn dogs to thrilling carnival rides, there is a lot that the North Dakota State Fair attendees will have to look forward to in 2012. Along with signing up food vendors and planning new events, its time to start booking the 2012 entertainment and we are taking suggestions! Who would you like to be jamming out to during the 2012 North Dakota State Fair?

July 20-28, 2012 is planned to be a good time had by all and will be much needed for the state of North Dakota as well as our neighbors to the north, south, east and west! The State Fair staff is looking forward to celebrating with you and can’t wait to hear what your favorite tunes of 2012 will be.

    RUSH!

RUSH is an incredibly well respected band that has been around for 30 years and has sold tens of millions of albums, and their popularity is well documented. They played the MN state fair last year, and it sold out, I bought my tickets from a scalper for $130 and many others did too. Demand was that high! People from Montana, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Minnesota would come to see this band!
