2011 Vendor App online now!

The North Dakota State Fair is now accepting booth applications for would-be commercial vendors in 2011!

In 2010, the North Dakota State Fair shattered all previous attendance records when we welcomed 308,641 people onto our grounds in nine days. (Don’t think that’s much? Well it is when the population of North Dakota is less than 650,000 people!)  We are the largest annual event in North Dakota and attract Fairgoers from every corner of the state as well as southern Manitoba and Saskatchewan,  Montana, Minnesota and South Dakota.

We are setting our sites even higher for 2011 and it’s gonna be good. This year’s North Dakota State Fair will feature nine nights of Grandstand entertainment with two rock concerts, four country concerts and three nights of auto events.  We also provide our Fairgoers with more than 10 different stages of free entertainment.  Not to mention we finished construction on a new $15 million Grandstand last summer. Alright, that’s enough about us, you get the picture, we’re kind of a big deal.  But that is largely in part thanks to our more than 600 commercial booth spaces and vendors like you.

Indoor booth space starts at only $350 for the nine day run and we don’t charge extra for electricity, water, forklift services, an exhibitor picnic or parking!

Outdoor space is equally as affordable and varies by size. We even have the perfect area for you big boys in Machinery Row. Machinery Row features the latest and greatest in agriculture, livestock and heavy equipment.

Space is limited so apply today by heading to our website or call Tracy ( tracy@ndstatefair.com ) with your questions at 701-857-7620.
