NDSF Welcomes New Staff

There are a few new faces in the office of the North Dakota State Fair. Over the past few months we’ve seen a retirement, relocation and a promotion of three of our key staff members which created three vacancies to fill. The North Dakota State Fair is excited to welcome Josh Mosser, Jennifer Ashley and Kelsey Reinisch as new full time additions to our team.

 Josh Mosser, Contracts and Events Coordinator. Josh, a native of Minot, N.D., graduated from Minot High in 2001 and Minot State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.  Throughout his high school and college years, Josh worked for the ND State Fair within the Building and Grounds Crew Department working his way up to Grounds Crew Foreman within his eight years of employment.  For the past four years, Josh has worked for the Minot Police Department as a Patrol Officer.  Josh is married to Lisa Mosser, Mortgage Banking Officer at American Bank Center.

 Jennifer Ashley, Assistant Marketing Director.  Jennifer is originally from Velva, N.D.  where she grew up on her family’s farm, the Ashley Brothers’ Farm and Ranch, which raises Red Angus and Tarentaise cattle. Jennifer graduated from Velva Public High School in 2002 and North Dakota State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Animal Science. Jennifer joins the North Dakota State Fair team with five years of marketing and advertising experience from The Promersberger Company located in Fargo and Results Unlimited in Minot.

 Kelsey Reinisch, Assistant Accountant. Kelsey grew up in Ryder, N.D. spending summers on her grandparent’s farm. She graduated from North Shore High School in 2009 and is currently attending Minot State University. Kelsey will graduate with a degree in Accounting and Finance in 2013 and was previously employed as a teller at People’s Bank in Parshall.
